Having had a team meeting we have decided upon out itinerary for the month we are spending in Honduras. You can view this itinerary by clicking here.

I have also started to receive the course of vaccinations I will need to make my expedition as safe as possible. I am recieving these for Hepatitis A and B, Rabies, and Typhoid, all from my local doctors' surgery.

Honduras is located in Central America and is bordered by Guatemala, El Salvador and Nicaragua. At about only half the size of Britain and with a population of six million, it is sparsely populated. It is the most mountainous country in Central America and encompasses the largest tract of remaining forest in all of Central America. Contrasting with its highlands, Honduras also has a long Caribbean coastline, famous for its reefs and large areas of cloud and rainforest.
